Public Offer

1. General Provisions

1. This document is a public offer (hereinafter — 'Offer') in accordance with Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and defines the terms of providing information and analytical services by the sole proprietor Chernetsky Vadym Mykolayovych (hereinafter — 'Contractor') via the website https://ticketsanalytics.com.
2. Filling out the order form on the website and making a payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer (acceptance).

2. Subject of the Agreement

1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Client with a service for analytical assessment of the artist/event based on open data, algorithms, and AI models, and the Client undertakes to pay for it.
2. The result of the service is an individual AI report on event profitability, generated based on the data provided by the Client in the order form.

3. Price and Payment Procedure

1. The cost of a standard report is 500 UAH (five hundred hryvnias 00 kopecks).
2. Payment is made online through available payment systems or by bank transfer according to the Contractor's details.
3. The service is considered rendered after the report is sent to the Client's email address.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. Contractor undertakes to:

1. Provide the service within 24–72 hours from the moment of payment;
2. Ensure the confidentiality of the Client's personal data;
3. Not disclose received information to third parties without the Client's consent.

4.2. Client undertakes to:

1. Provide accurate data for generating the report;
2. Make timely payment for the services.

4.3. Contractor has the right to:

1. Refuse to provide the service in case of incorrect data or violation of the Offer's terms;
2. Change the cost of services, terms, or website structure without prior notice.

5. Liability of the Parties

1. The service is of an analytical and advisory nature. The Contractor is not responsible for the financial results of the Client's decisions made based on the report.
2. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and in case of disagreement — in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
