The services of TicketsAnalytics.com are a digital product (analytical AI report) generated individually after payment. Once the report has been created, no refunds are provided.

If the report has not been delivered within 72 hours from the time of payment, the Customer has the right to a full refund by contacting support@ticketsanalytics.com.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days to the account from which the payment was made.
